Back to the plans

Included in every plan

Every plan includes all the compliance features of the service, including Google Consent Mode, with the debug mode, the diagnostic tool and the integration issue alerts.

Recording and proof of choices

The visitor chooses; proof of the choice is kept.

  • Refusal your way: reject all, continue without accepting, ask me later, or a close cross that counts as a refusal.
  • Optional: show the refusal button only in countries where the law requires it.
  • The banner can be reopened (icon or text button, footer link); you set how often it comes back and how long choices are kept.
  • Optional: a blocking overlay until the visitor chooses.
  • Optional: European rules applied to all visitors, even outside the EU.
  • Consent proofs kept: timestamped, with the country, the configuration version and the TCF, AC and GPP strings. Provided on request.
  • IAB Europe TCF, in its current version: CMP registered under ID 92.
  • GPP (Global Privacy Platform).
  • United States: CCPA and CPRA, other state laws, GPC signal, MSPA.

Advertising and measurement

The visitor's choice passed on to your advertising and measurement tools.

  • Google Consent Mode v2, basic and advanced.
  • Alert when Google receives consent too late.
  • Google Additional Consent (Google providers outside the TCF).
  • AdSense and Ad Manager option: no more calls without the visitor's consent.
  • Consent signals for Microsoft (UET, Clarity), Amazon and OpenAI.
  • Meta (Facebook) Consent Mode, in early access.
  • Ready-made partner lists for several ad networks, and a list recommended by Sirdata.

Look and languages

A banner in your colours, in the visitor's language.

  • Position, colours, fonts, text size, rounded corners, dark mode.
  • Logo, side image, watermark.
  • Fine-tuning by area (buttons, links, titles, texts, background, close cross), without being able to hide refusal.
  • Contrast alert while you adjust.
  • Custom texts, language by language.
  • 48 languages, browser language detected, right-to-left scripts.
  • Banner usable with the keyboard.

Installation

On your site, your CMS and your apps.

  • Tag to copy and paste; Google Tag Manager, with a template in the Community Template Gallery.
  • Extensions and connectors: WordPress (with WP Consent API), Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop, SPIP.
  • Installation guides for Drupal, Wix and Joomla.
  • AMP pages.
  • Mobile apps: Android, iOS and React Native SDKs.
  • Scripts blocked until the visitor chooses, without a tag manager.
  • JavaScript API (TCF, GPP), manual display, passive mode, for developers.
  • Guided set-up, quick or advanced.

Your requests and your partners

You decide what to ask, to whom, and in which countries.

  • Your own purposes: name, description, legal basis, translations.
  • Your partners, with the publisher restrictions provided by the TCF.
  • Limit a partner, or one of its purposes, to certain countries.
  • Add a partner without losing consents already given (on by default).

With Essentials, these settings do not apply to the requests of Sirdata and its partners.

Monitoring, diagnostics and team

See what happens, find errors, work together.

  • Usage statistics: choice rates across all your sites, and loads of each site, exportable as CSV.
  • Bots excluded from consent rates. Loads, counted for the cap and the invoice, include them.
  • Diagnostic tool: page analysis, automatic fix, sharing link, summary for you or your developer.
  • Integration issue alerts; banner debug mode.
  • Several sites in one account; settings applied to several sites at once.
  • Several users, with roles and invitations.

Free or paid: what your visitors see

Between Essentials and the paid plans, one difference decides everything: the consent requests of Sirdata and its partners.

With Essentials

  • Your choice interface also presents to visitors the consent requests of Sirdata and its partners, for their purposes.
  • Those requests are the same on all sites using the plan. They cannot be removed, not even by an option.
  • Each visitor freely accepts or refuses them.
  • In addition, Sirdata processes on its own account, as an independent controller, the data of visitors who accept its requests. Its partners do the same for theirs.
  • Sirdata determines those requests and may change them. They are described in the choice interface and in its privacy policy.
  • Essentials imposes on you no data volume, no traffic, no consent rate, no access by Sirdata to the content of your pages, and no exclusivity.

Sirdata's privacy policy · The Essentials plan in the terms (new tab)

With Starter, Pro and Business

  • Your choice interface does not present the consent requests of Sirdata and its partners: only those you configure.
  • One exception: a site that moves to Essentials presents those requests again. Unless you chose otherwise, this happens when a Starter or Pro site reaches its cap (until the end of the month), or in case of payment default.

On every plan, Sirdata processes visitor data to run the service, on your behalf, as a processor. That data is not used for its own purposes.

Back to the plans

At the cap, you choose.

Starter (25,000 loads per month) and Pro (250,000) have a cap. Essentials and Business do not.

  1. We email you at 80%, then at 100% of the cap.
  2. At the cap, the rule chosen in advance in your account applies to the site, until the end of the month.
  3. The following month, the site returns to its plan.

Move to the higher plan, until the end of the month

Nothing changes for your visitors

Your visitors: your banner stays without the consent requests of Sirdata and its partners.

You pay: your plan, plus the price difference with the higher plan, pro rata to the remaining days.

Condition: a valid payment method. Without one, it is Essentials.

Starter moves to Pro, Pro moves to Business.

Move to Essentials, until the end of the month

Default rule

Your visitors: the banner stays in place and records choices. It presents the consent requests of Sirdata and its partners again.

You pay: your plan, nothing more.

When: if you choose it. It is also the rule applied when no choice has been made, or without a valid payment method to move to the higher plan.

Suspend the service, until the end of the month

Not recommended

Your visitors: no more banner, and no choice recorded on this site. They can no longer give or refuse their consent.

You pay: your plan, for the whole month.

Warning: if your site uses cookies or other trackers that require consent, it is no longer compliant. You remain solely responsible for it.

Without a chosen rule, or without a valid payment method to move to the higher plan, the site moves to Essentials until the end of the month.

In every case, the price of your plan remains due for the whole month. You choose the rule when you sign up, then can change it at any time in your account. Loads are counted per calendar month, in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Account opened before 1 November 2026: the plan applies to the whole account, and what is said here about a site then applies to the account.

Several sites: the most expensive at full price, the others at half price

For accounts opened from 1 November 2026

Each site has its own plan, commitment, cap and invoice line. A site is one configuration of your banner; it may cover several domains.

Each month, the site whose plan costs the most, before any reduction, is invoiced at full price. Each of the others is at half price: €4.50 excl. tax for a Starter site, €12.50 excl. tax for a Pro site and, for a Business site, half of its fixed amount and of its cost per 100,000 loads, that is at least €34.50 excl. tax. Where prices are equal, only one site is at full price.

Essentials sites remain free and are not taken into account.

Example. For one month, an account has a Business site with 900,000 loads, a Pro site and a Starter site. It pays €93.80 for the Business site, €12.50 for the Pro site and €4.50 for the Starter site, that is €110.80 excl. tax. If the Pro site has an annual commitment, it costs €11.25 excl. tax.

Reductions apply in this order: several sites, then annual commitment, then any discount.

Account opened before 1 November 2026: the plan applies to the whole account, and this reduction does not apply. You may ask to move to a plan per site.

Back to the plans

Business: no cap, the price follows your volume

€69 excl. tax per month up to 500,000 loads. Above that, a fixed amount plus a cost per additional 100,000 loads.

Business plan price grid

1,000,001 to 5,000,000€100 + €5.73 per 100,000 above 1,000,000
5,000,001 to 10,000,000€329 + €4.42 per 100,000 above 5,000,000
10,000,001 to 25,000,000€550 + €3.67 per 100,000 above 10,000,000
25,000,001 to 50,000,000€1,100 + €3.60 per 100,000 above 25,000,000
More than 50,000,000€2,000 + €3.00 per 100,000 above 50,000,000

Any block of 100,000 loads that is started is due in full.

Examples

  • 300,000 loads: €69 excl. tax.
  • 900,000 loads: €69 + 4 × €6.20 = €93.80 excl. tax.
  • 950,000 loads: €69 + 5 × €6.20 = €100 excl. tax (the fifth block is started).
  • 30,000,000 loads: €1,100 + 50 × €3.60 = €1,280 excl. tax.
  • 60,000,000 loads: €2,000 + 100 × €3.00 = €2,300 excl. tax.

With a one-year commitment: −10% on these amounts, for example €84.42 excl. tax for 900,000 loads.

An additional Business site in the same account pays half of its fixed amount and of its cost per 100,000 loads, that is at least €34.50 excl. tax (accounts opened from 1 November 2026).

Loads counted per calendar month and per site, in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Frequently asked questions

What is a load?

A load is each page, or other resource, of your site on which the ABconsent tag runs, whether or not the banner is displayed, bots included. Loads are counted per calendar month and per site, across all the domains of the site, in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). To estimate your volume, start from the monthly page views in your analytics tool, and keep a margin.

What happens if my site reaches its cap?

The Starter (25,000 loads per month) and Pro (250,000) plans have a cap. Essentials and Business do not. We alert you by email when a site reaches 80%, then 100% of its cap. At the cap, the rule you chose in advance in your account applies to that site until the end of the calendar month:

  • Move to the higher plan: from Starter to Pro, or from Pro to Business. Your banner stays without the requests of Sirdata and its partners. You also pay the price difference, pro rata to the remaining days. A valid payment method is required.
  • Move to Essentials: your banner stays in place and presents the consent requests of Sirdata and its partners again.
  • Suspend the service: the banner is no longer displayed and no choice is recorded on that site. Your site then has no choice interface: you remain solely responsible for its compliance.

If you have chosen nothing, or if your payment method is not valid for a move to the higher plan, the site moves to Essentials. In every case, the price of your plan remains due for the whole month, and the following month, the site returns to its plan. What the terms say (Article IV) (new tab)

With Essentials, what do my visitors see?

Your banner also presents the consent requests of Sirdata and its partners, the same on all sites. Each visitor freely accepts or refuses them. Details above

With a paid plan, does Sirdata use my visitors' data?

Your banner does not present the requests of Sirdata and its partners. Sirdata processes visitor data to run the service, on your behalf and as a processor; it does not use it for its own purposes. The only exception: a site that moves to Essentials, for example at the cap, presents those requests again while it stays there. Details above

Can I change plans?

Yes. You may change the plan of a site at any time, from your account. The change takes effect immediately, and the price for the month is calculated pro rata to the days spent in each plan. With an annual commitment, a move to a lower plan, including Essentials, takes effect at the end of the commitment year.

How does the annual commitment work?

With a one-year commitment, the price of your paid plan is reduced by 10%. It is still invoiced monthly, in arrears. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the year. You choose your commitment, monthly or annual, when you sign up.

I have several sites: how much will I pay?

For an account opened from 1 November 2026, each site has its own plan. The most expensive site of the month is at full price, the others at half price: €4.50 excl. tax for a Starter site, €12.50 excl. tax for a Pro site, at least €34.50 excl. tax for a Business site. Essentials sites remain free. Details above

What do the service commitments cover?

They apply to Starter, Pro and Business. Essentials is provided without any service level commitment: only the first-response times and the support hours apply to it.

  • Availability: 99% per month, excluding scheduled maintenance (notified at least 7 days in advance, carried out between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.), force majeure, failures of networks or third-party infrastructure, and interruptions resulting from your own acts.
  • Anomalies, by severity:
    Anomaly handling times by severity
    Severity Acknowledgement Workaround Correction
Blocking: complete interruption of the service, for everyone2 hours8 hours5 days
Major: more than 5% of requests in error or over 5 seconds4 hours2 days15 days
Minor: defect with no significant impact2 daysNot applicableNext release

These timeframes are best-efforts commitments, in working hours and working days, running from Sirdata's classification of the anomaly.

  • Service credits: if monthly availability falls below 99%, a credit of 10%, 25% or 50% of the monthly invoice, depending on the availability recorded, set off against the following invoice. Among other conditions, you must report the incident within 24 hours of detecting it. Annex 5 of the terms (new tab)

Can prices and plans change?

Sirdata may change its prices with 30 days' notice. You may then terminate free of charge until the effective date; with an annual commitment, the 10% reduction remains yours. The removal of a feature from a plan, or its transfer to a more expensive plan, is notified to you at least 30 days in advance; you may then change plans or terminate free of charge. Any change to the Essentials plan applies in the same way to all clients; Sirdata may end it with one month's notice.

How am I invoiced?

Paid plans are invoiced monthly, in arrears, with one line per site. Prices are in euros, exclusive of tax. The Essentials plan, on its own, gives rise to no invoice.

I am already a client: what changes?

If your account was opened before 15 October 2026, the new terms apply to it from 1 November 2026, or from their acceptance if later. Your account is then assigned to the plan that Sirdata notified to you by email, and you may change it at any time. For an account opened before 1 November 2026, the plan applies to the whole account; you may ask to move to a plan per site.
