#Data

According to an INRIA report, 46,5% of Internet Consent Management Platforms (CMP) for the deposit of cookies use pre-checked boxes by default. According to GDPR requirements, the registered consent would therefore be invalid. The company Sirdata, CMP editor has therefore passed its software, for free, to non-compliant publishers who wish to update. And this, “without counterpart (license, data…) and without commitment” according to the company, pending the new version of the IAB Framework which should specify the procedures for obtaining specific consent from Internet users.
